Season 1 is HERE!

Our very first workout was launched on September 10th at 7:30am. I am so proud of the turnout- our South Hills members showed up early to jumpstart their weekend. We got a full body HIIT workout in and I think it is safe to say everyone had a blast!

What to expect spiritually?

We will be exploring different stories from the Bible that display courage. Starting with Moses and the Burning Bush, all the way to Jesus before crucifixion, we will use these powerful stories to empower us to live our lives in the Spirit of the Lord.

What to expect physically?

Season One is all about boosting our motivation to move. We are coming together to sweat and smile- all fitness levels are welcome! We will be using fitness bands to challenge our muscular strength and interval training to increase our stamina and cardio respiratory endurance.
